Dermot qualified as a network electrician in 2001 and worked for the ESB for a number of years, he then obtained a bachelors degree in the manufacture of medicinal products, pharmaceuticals and drug design in 2010 from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), he then went on to get another bachelors degree in medical device innovation from Technological University Dublin (TUD). His extensive education and experience in the electrical and pharma industries have uniquely equipped him with a deep technical knowledge of the areas, for which he recruits.

Conor is from Gorey, Co.Wexford. He graduated with a bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland. He is a big Liverpool fan and used to hurl growing up for his home club “Castletown Liam Mellows GAA”.

Dion graduated from the NCI with bachelors degree in Business. He used to spend his summers working as an intern for ABB and also spent some time in internal sales with BPX, which exposed him to the mechanical industry. He has transitioned into recruitment as he is passionate about helping people and wants to make an impact on peoples lives by helping them to find a job they love, while making their life a little easier.
Dylan is a proud Knockananna man, a small village located on the Wicklow/Carlow border. He has played Gaelic football from a young age and has recently decided to take up hurling. By nature, Dylan is quite extraverted. He enjoys socialising with friends and meeting new people. Dylan is also a major film buff and loves a good horror movie.

Derek is a Director of the Broadwork Recruitment Group. He graduated from the University of Limerick before beginning his career in recruitment. With over 10 years of experience in the construction & engineering industry, Derek has unrivalled knowledge of the market and great relationships with the management teams of Ireland’s leading construction companies.
Mark graduated from the University of Limerick with a bachelors of business degree, having majored in marketing and having studied German as his minor option. He comes from a strong background in sales and customer service, having previously worked in retail and the hospitality sector.
