HVAC Supervisor

Zenco Technical are currently seek a HVAC Supervisor for our client based in Dublin. Our client specializes in the supply and installation of mechanical services to a variety of sectors, including retail, commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, fit out. Our client is a leading mechanical contracting firm. It is a family-run company continues to go from strength to strength after over 15 years in business.

Requirements:

• Detailed knowledge of HVAC techniques, materials and equipment is essential
• HVAC qualification held from a recognised body
• Experience working with a Mechanical/Electrical contractor
• Proven record of co-ordinating and managing projects
• Full clean driving licence
• Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role required
• The capacity to understand technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent practical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills as you’ll be dealing with customers during every single job.
• A meticulous approach to work.
• Knowledge of industry safety fgas and legal guidelines.
• Remuneration package will be commensurate with experience

Job Details

• Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
• Overseeing installation and/or maintenance of Air Conditioning HVAC systems.
• Locate faults in the systems & equipment of customers and repair the issue.
• Working on all types of air conditioning systems but mostly Mitsubishi, Toshiba and Daikin
• Answer emergency customer calls to repair leaks and other problems.
