Job Overview
Zenco Technical are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a M & E Contractor based in Co. Clare. Ideally applicants would have a knowledge around the construction industry and be self-motivated as well as having the ability to work as part of a small team. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and be a valued member of a company working in the across the Commercial, Data Centre and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Point of contact duties – answer phone, general enquiries etc
- General office day to day administration
- Maintenance of in house computer systems
- Document control, order processing and administration
- Filing of reports, orders and memos
- Coordination of meetings,assisting with meeting minutes and reports
- Ensure documentation is maintained to a high standard and is up to date for auditing purposes
- Ensure all health and safety reports are maintained and updated regularly
- Assisting visitors when on the premises
- Updating website with details on completed and ongoing projects
- All other general ad-hoc duties associated with office management in the construction industry
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator is essential
- Must have to ability to work in a busy office and prioritize work while under pressure
- Knowledge around the construction industry is beneficial
- Excellent level of attention to detail and organisation
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge around CRM systems
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills a necessity
