Key Responsibilities
- Liaise to the Project Manager on project progress, risks and issues
- Communicate with the suppliers/specialist contractor to ensure equipment is successfully commissioned
- Assist in the development and review of mechanical designs with the project team
- Design reviews, validate equipment and systems
- Complete technical submittals, equipment registers and trackers
- Assess Quality on site walking down systems to ensure compliance with project team
Key Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Degree
- Experience working on Building Services or Data Centre projects advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Sound IT skills
- Experience using Revit would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
